Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17/06/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in relation to our HubSpot CMS modules. We value your privacy and your customers' privacy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The Module operates entirely within your own HubSpot portal environment.

  • No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, access, store, or transmit any personal data, business data, website traffic data, or visitor information from your portal or website.
  • No External Data Hosting: All card contents (including texts, custom images, URLs, and custom badges) are stored securely inside your HubSpot portal database and rendered directly on your website visitors' browsers. No data is sent to external servers or databases owned by us.

2. Third-Party Services & CDNs

  • FontAwesome Icons: The Module uses FontAwesome icons to display card graphics. These are loaded through HubSpot’s secure native asset delivery network.
  • No Tracking Scripts: The Module’s source code (HTML, CSS, JS) does not contain any tracking pixels, cookies, spyware, analytics scripts, or hidden telemetry that gathers usage statistics.

3. Data Security & Storage

Because the Module runs natively on the HubSpot CMS platform, your data inherits the standard enterprise-grade hosting security, SSL encryption, and database protection provided directly by HubSpot, Inc.

We recommend maintaining regular backups of your page templates and content before running any updates.

4. HubSpot Platform Compliance

Your use of the HubSpot platform is governed by HubSpot’s own Privacy Policy and Customer Terms of Service. We are not responsible for how HubSpot collects, processes, or stores your portal data. Please refer to hubspot.com/legal for more details.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our modules or updates in platform guidelines. Any changes will be published directly on the HubSpot Marketplace listing page. Your continued use of the Module after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Contact Us

For any questions, concerns, or inquiries regarding data privacy and the security of our HubSpot CMS modules, please contact us through the HubSpot Marketplace support channel on your purchase listing page or via email at
