1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this module on HubSpot portals that you or your organization owns, operates, or manages. This license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the buyer.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You are permitted to:

  • Customize the HTML, CSS, and JS code of this module to fit the design requirements of your own website.
  • Use the module across multiple HubSpot portals owned or managed by your organization.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, packaging, or sharing this module as a standalone product or template on any marketplace or website.
  • Transferring the license to any third party without prior written consent.
  • Using the module in a way that violates HubSpot's platform policies or terms of service.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

This module, including its source code, design, structure, and all associated assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of the developer/seller. The purchase of this module grants you a usage license only — it does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights. You may not claim authorship of this module or remove any copyright or attribution notices.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases of this module are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase through the HubSpot Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, or inability to use the module.

5. Updates & Support

  • We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to discontinue the Module at any time without notice.

Please note the following limitations:

  • Support does not cover customizations made by the buyer to the module's code.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with future HubSpot platform updates, third-party themes, or custom integrations.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue updates or support at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

This module is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Compatibility with third-party HubSpot themes or future HubSpot platform updates.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the module.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer or seller of this module be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this module, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or website content.
  • Website downtime or business interruption.
  • Loss of revenue or profits.
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized modifications made by the buyer.

The developer's total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the module.

8. User Responsibilities

By installing and using this module, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the correct installation and configuration of the module within your HubSpot portal.
  • You will ensure the module is used only within portals you own or are authorized to manage.

9. Termination of License

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the module and delete all copies from your systems and portals.

10. No Warranty

This Module is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Module will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all HubSpot themes and configurations.

11. HubSpot Compliance

This Module is built for use on the HubSpot CMS platform. Your use of HubSpot is governed separately by HubSpot's own Terms of Service at hubspot.com/legal.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on the HubSpot Marketplace listing. Your continued use of the module after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
